Christian Jones is a Chicago Illinois native with a Master's of Business Administration in Technology Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelors of Art in Communications from Alcorn State University. In his 14 years of experience, he has excelled in talent development and recruiting premier talent. Christian has a track record of identifying others strengths and using that information to prepare them to take on higher visibility roles. While working with multiple Fortune 500 companies, Christian has gained company wide recognition and paved the way for multiple internal promotions. Christian is now utilizing his skillset to find and match the best candidates with roles that they will excel in and achieve sustainable growth.
